Illinois Electronics Products Recycling & Re-Use Act (e-Waste Act)
As of January 1, 2012, the Illinois EPA will ban all electronic waste from landfills. This means there will no longer be any e-waste collection from residential and commercial customers. View options for disposal and a list of those items included in the ban.
