NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given the Village of Monee, Will County, Illinois is soliciting proposals for the sale of real estate near Governors Highway and Monee Manhattan Road. The size of the parcel is 3.0 acres. The Village of Monee does not make any guaranty, warranty or representation as to thecondition of the real estate. The real estate will be sold on an “AS IS” basis. Copies of the map of the of the real estate are available for inspection at the Monee Village Hall. The Permanent Index Number for the real estate is part of 21-14-21-100-026-0000.
The bids shall be sealed and are due by 12:00 p.m. on January 17, 2025. The bids shall be delivered to the Village Clerk Doneshia Codjoe at the Monee Village Hall located at 5130 W. Court Street in Monee. The bids shall be opened at the regular Village of Monee Board meeting set for Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The Village of Monee specifically reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals.
