Notice is hereby given, the Village of Monee, Will County, Illinois is soliciting proposals for the sale of real estate located at 25777 S. Governors Highway. The size of the parcel is 100 x 180 square feet. The Village of Monee does not make any guaranty, warranty or representation as to the condition of the real estate. The real estate will be sold on an “AS IS” basis. The Permanent Index Number for this real estate is PIN 21-14-21-106-002-0000.
The bids shall be sealed and are due by 12:00 p.m. on June 11, 2025. The bids shall be delivered to the Village Clerk at the Monee Village Hall located at 25711 S Egyptian Trail in Monee. The bids shall be opened at the regular Village of Monee Board meeting set for Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parks & Recreation Administration Building located at 5130 W. Court Street. The Village of Monee specifically reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals.
