The drinking water advisory issued by Aqua Illinois does not apply to Monee's drinking water system. While Aqua does treat our wastewater, our drinking water supply is completely independent from Aqua and is safe to use. If you receive a water bill from the Village of Monee, your water is safe to drink. Any questions can be directed to the department of public works at
