What began as Latte & Vino, a wine bar centered on charcuterie and drinks, grew into one of Monee’s first spots to offer high-quality seafood and steak.Today, Labas features fresh seafood, premium steaks, an elevated wine bar, and popular outdoor seating, making it a local favorite and regional draw.
