Yes, the resale inspection fee is $50. You can either fill out the Resale Inspection form in person at the Building Services counter, or you can download the form from the website under "Permits & Forms" and email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org. We don't accept payment over the phone; however, we can email you the invoice and then you are able to pay online or you may pay in person. No person shall place a roll-off dumpster or roll-off container upon their property for more than 2 such 15-day periods per calendar year. They must be placed on private property and may not be placed upon a public highway or right-of-way or public property without written approval by the Village to do so.
Water bills are bi-monthly. Typically, the water bills are due on the 1st of every even month. They come out on the 1st of every odd month.

Copies of police reports may be obtained at the Monee Police Department, 5357 West Main St., Monee Il. The Records Division hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays). A $5.00 fee is applicable.
Any passenger vehicle, including buses, motor homes, recreational vehicles, or commercial vehicle which is licensed by the State of Illinois is required by Municipal Ordinance to have a Village sticker. Stickers are available for purchase at the Village Hall 9:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F.
It is unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle or, if parked, to allow a motor vehicle to remain parked or standing in a public street or alley during or after snowfall in which there is an accumulation of two (2) inches or more of snow.
