September 7th, 12:00pm-2:00pm

Special Time is a FREE event for special needs kids and adults who would otherwise not be able to enjoy the carnival when it is open to the public. Lights and sound will be shut off for children and adults who have sensory disorders. Those needing physical assistance on the rides may have (1) person ride with them. The Carnival reserves the right to control which rides will be open for this event. It is not the control of the village.

When finished email Achin@Villageofmonee.org or bring the filled out form the day of the event! Registration day of event starts at 11:30 am located at the front of the carnival near the Pharaoh.
